Perform a clean reinstallation of the Fenix using the below steps
- Open the Fenix Installer and click the bin icon to the right of Launch button.
- After it's complete, close the installer and check the following folders are removed. If not removed, remove them manually.
C:\Program Files\FenixSim A320
C:\ProgramData\Fenix
<yourcommunityfolder>\fnx-aircraft-320
<yourcommunityfolder>\fnx-aircraft-319-321 (if you have expansion)
- Next you will need to uninstall the Fenix Installer, you can do this by searching Add or remove programs in the Windows Search Bar.
- You will then need to do a PC Restart (not shutdown and start)
After the above is complete, you can reinstall the Fenix Installer from the FenixSim Website - My Account - Downloads.
Ensure the installation finishes.
